  • For mid-week appointments, we recommend making your reservation 1 – 2 weeks in advance to ensure your desired date and time, and 3 – 4 weeks in advance for weekend appointments.

    Appointments involving extended service times or group bookings may require additional contracts to be completed and a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Any changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of this deposit.

  • At Mane Attraction Salon, we are committed to providing each guest with an exceptional experience. To ensure that we can accommodate all guests and respect the time of our team, we have established the following cancellation and scheduling policy.

    Cancellation or Rescheduling Within 24 Hours

    We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments. Last-

    minute changes significantly impact our stylists and other clients waiting for appointments.

    • First Occurrence: A courtesy warning will be issued as a reminder of our policy.

    • Second Occurrence: A valid credit card will be required to secure all future bookings.

    • Third and Subsequent Occurrences: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s) will

    • be charged to the card on file.

    No-Show Policy

    • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

    Repeated Late Cancellations or No-Shows

    Following two late cancellations or one no-show, clients may be required to prepay for any future appointments.

    We understand that unforeseen situations can arise. If you experience an emergency, please contact us directly at

  • If you are new guest, please arrive 10min early for your service so we can properly greet you, have you fill out a new client form, and show you around the salon. If you are running late we appreciate a phone call to let us know. From the moment you step through the salon doors, you will be greeted with friendly faces and exceptional service.

  • What this means for you and MAS:

    • All major credit/debit cards accepted

    • Apple, Samsung and Google Pay accepted

    • Quicker checkout times

    • No possibility for errors with change

    • Guaranteed record of transactions for you and MAS

    • Cash is acceptable for gratuity only (please bring exact change)

  • Gratuities are not included in our service prices. Customary gratuity is 15% to 20%, however this is only a guideline. For your convenience, we accept gratuity payments in the form of cash (exact change only), Venmo at the discretion of the stylist and credit/debit cards at the time of checkout.

  • Love Mane Attraction Salon? Referrals are the greatest compliment we receive. For each person you refer to MAS, receive a $20 service credit redeemable on your next visit.*

    *Exclusions apply.

  • We offer a 60-day refund policy for all retail products purchased in salon. If you are not fully satisfied with your product purchase, you may return it within 60 days for a full refund.

  • If you are not fully satisfied with the results of your service, we are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment within a two-week period following your original service date. Please notify us as soon as possible so that we may promptly schedule your return visit within this time period.

    • Complimentary Adjustment: Any adjustments to the original service(s) will be provided free of charge within two weeks.

    • Additional Services: Any additional services beyond the adjustment of your original service(s) will be charged at the regular service price(s). Payment for these additional services is due at the time of your adjustment appointment.

    Important Considerations

    • Artistic Nature of Services: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and hairdressing is an art form, a certain degree of opinion and subjectivity is always involved.

    • No Monetary Refunds: Aside from our willingness to perform an adjustment within a two-week window, no monetary refunds will be issued for services rendered. No exceptions.

    • Consultation Fees- This is applied to your future service IF booked within 60 days of your consultation appointment.
